I spy... Olympiakos Volou (XIII)

Things to know about Olympiakos Volou
Last season: 5th after regular season, 4th in play-off (which excludes champions Olympiakos)
Qualified through: Play-off position
Coach: Javi Garcia
Star: Mario Breska
Links to Örebro: Not that we would ever want to be linked to him but Dulee Johnson, formerly with Häcken and AIK, has recently been linked with the club.
Comment: A newcomer on the European scene, and indeed a newcomer in the Greek League last season.  After 20 years away from a top flight where they had never been impressive (a few spells from the 60s onwards but never before placed better than 11th), the club made it to fifth place in the league, qualifying the team for a play-off between team 2-5 where they beat both AEK Athens and Panathinaikos at home.  Olympiakos Volou is a satellite team of Olympiakos, the dominating team in Greek football.  One of the stars of the team, Hungarian national team striker Kristian Nemeth, is on loan from Olympiakos.  Other national team players of the team is fellow Hungarian Zoltan Szelesi, defender (who was on the bench during the qualifier against Sweden last year), and Slovaks Mario Breska and Peter Dolezaj.  Breska on the wing seems like the biggest threat to our defence.
This is how we beat them: Despite having a record season, things are not all at peace in Volos.  Coach Tsioli resigned in February allegedly after the club president had a row with a striker who failed to score against Iraklis, and team fans who are not keen on the “satellite” status toward Olympiakos have been protesting hard.  Only last week was a new coach, Spaniard Javi Garcia, hired.  Our best chance is that the team will not be ready quite yet.
Chance of Örebro winning: The lowest ranked team that will ensure a seeding also in the third round.  A team without European experience.  But still a team from a much better league.  35%.
